You can return most items within 30 daysof receiving your order for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Certain items, such as gift cards and customized products, are non-returnable.
To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@isurvivedroomparent.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Yes! If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 daysof receiving the item for a full refund or exchange.
