How Ordering Works • Fill Out The Order Form: version, color, school name or logo, sides, sizes and ship-to address. • Get Your Proof: we email a digital proof within 2 business days. • Approve It: check the spelling, sizes and quantities. • Pay: we send your invoice after approval. • We Print: each shirt is printed just for your crew. • We Ship: all shirts ship together to one US address. Plan on about 2-4 weeks from order form to shirts in hand. Tight deadline? Put your need-by date on the form and we'll tell you before you pay. Logo File Specs (In Brief) • Best: vector files (SVG, PDF, AI or EPS). • Also OK: a transparent-background PNG, at least 1500 px wide for the logo spot. • Please no screenshots, phone photos or logos saved off a website. They print blurry. • Only upload a logo your school or PTO/PTA has given you permission to use. Policies • No changes after proof approval. Shirts print exactly as proofed. • Defects: report a misprint or damaged shirt within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a refund. • Custom shirts can't be returned for size or change of mind.
