What We Customize

Pick Your Crew
PTO Crew, PTA Squad, Room Parent Crew or Volunteer Crew. Every front reads "Powered By Caffeine And Sign-Up Sheets."
Your School
Your school name and mascot (for example, "Maple Elementary Owls"), your school logo, or both, in the spot at the top of the front.
Colors
A cream shirt with teal and coral ink, or a school color with white ink: Navy, True Royal, Red, Maroon, Kelly Green, Purple or Black.
Front Only Or Front And Back
The back adds "Volunteer Crew" with your school name or logo and "PTA • PTO • Room Parents."
Sizes
Unisex Bella+Canvas 3001, sizes S to 3XL. Custom shirts can't be exchanged for size, so check the size chart first.

How Ordering Works

  1. Send Your Request

    Submit the crew order form. No payment yet.

  2. Get Your Proof (Within 2 Business Days)

    We email a digital proof showing your logo or school name, mascot, version, color and sides. Any logo-quality issues are flagged here.

  3. Approve It

    Check the spelling and reply "Approved", or tell us what to fix. Printing doesn't start until you approve.

  4. Invoice And Payment

    We email an invoice for your final quantities. Shipping is added to your invoice. Production starts once it's paid.

  5. Printing (2–5 Business Days)

    Each shirt is printed to order (direct-to-garment).

  6. Shipping (3–4 Business Days)

    US standard shipping to your one address, with tracking emailed when it ships.

Plan on about 2–4 weeks from order to delivery.
